文冠果壳开发利用研究进展

摘　　要：文冠果是我国特有的油用、药用作物,种仁广泛用于开发生物柴油。对废弃果壳的综合利用可提高其经济效益和社会效益。研究总结了文冠果壳的化学成分和提取方法研究进展。文冠果壳中主要含有黄酮、皂苷、香豆素、甾醇、脂肪酸等物质。其中,黄酮具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗病毒和保护心血管系统等作用;皂苷具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、减肥、美容、改善记忆能力等作用。因此,对文冠果壳化学成分的研究有药用价值。此外还就更合理的利用文冠果壳资源进行了展望。As the Chinese endemic crops xanthoceras sorbifolia is used in the field of oil and medicine. Its kernel is widely used in the development of biodiesel. Comprehensive utilization of xanthoceras sorbifolia hull would greatly enhance the economic benefit of the agricultural products. This paper covers the composition and extracts method of xanthoceras sorbifolia hull. The hull mainly contains flavonoids, sapoinins, coumarin, phytosterol, fatty acids and other substances. Among them, flavonoids have the effect of anti - inflammatory, antioxidant, anti - virus and protect the cardiovascular system. Saponin can resist tumor, improve memory and treat enuresis. So searching the chemical constituents of xanthoceras sorbifolia hull has medicinal value. In addition we discussed the more reasonable use of the xanthoceras sorbifolia hull resources.
