摘  要:新世纪以来,美、英、日三国基础教育课改的政策措施、特点与趋势值得关注。美国注重以教育公平为前提,大面积提高学生的学业成绩;英国致力于强化课程管理,倡导终身学习;日本则重视培养学生的个性,努力造就具有国际视野的创新人才。三国课改呈五大趋势:课程价值观日益彰显人本主义教育理念;课程目标设计趋于多元;课程管理的"分权"与"集权"模式趋于融合;越发强化核心课程在课程体系中的统摄地位;课程内容的更新与实施手段日趋生活化、开放化和现代化。Since the new century, special attention should be paid to the countermeasures, features, and trends of curriculum reform in basic education in US, UK and Japan. The United States has focused on improving students' academic achievements on the premise of education equality. The United Kingdom has concentrated on strengthening the curriculum management and provoking lifelong education. Meanwhile, Japan has placed great importance on building students' personality development, developing their capabilities, and inspiring them to be the innovative talents with international visions. The curriculum reforms of these three countries have showed five trends: curriculum values have gradually revealed the humanistic education ideal; curriculum goals have been designed more diversified; the centralization model and decentralization model of curriculum management have been changed to borrow from each other; the leading status of the core curriculum has been strengthened in different curriculum systems of three nations; the renewing and implementing approaches to the curriculum content are closely connected with students' daily lives, being more open and modern.
