摘  要:针对发电厂的过热汽温控制系统中锅炉过热器出口温度的非线性、时变性、滞后性等特点,提出了一种基于模糊PID控制和Smith预估控制器的串级控制器,即先用Smith预估控制器控制一级过热器的出口温度并构成副回路,然后用模糊PID控制器控制二级过热器的出口温度并构成主回路。仿真结果表明:该串级控制器有较强的鲁棒性,提高了控制系统的品质,获得了更好的控制效果。The outlet temperature of boiler super heater in the superheated steam temperature control system is with nonlinear,time-varying,and delay characteristics.A cascade controller of fuzzy PID control and Smith prediction controller was presented.The outlet temperature of first super heater was controlled by Smith prediction controller and constructed auxiliary circuit.Then the outlet temperature of second super heater was controlled by fuzzy PID controller and it is constructed main circuit.The simulation results show that,the cascade controller has strong robust compared with the conventional PID cascade control,the quality of the control system is improved and better control effect is obtained.
