摘　　要：简述了MES的特点和方法,分析了公共营养师职业技能综合实训课程的特点,介绍了MES模式应用于本课程的基本思路和方法,同时也提出了具体实施过程中发现的问题及一些解决建议。The MES characteristic and method were introduced,the public dietitian professional skill training course characteristics was analyzed,and MES mode application in the course of the basic ideas and methods were introduced, also the concrete implementation problems and some suggestions were put forward.
