摘 要:采用电液比例控制技术对铅阴极步进输送机进行速度控制;建立步进输送机液压系统模型,采用MATLAB软件对系统进行仿真分析。为了保证步进输送机速度控制的准确性,根据仿真分析的结果对系统进行PID校正并使用试凑法最终得到了较为适合的PID参数。仿真结果表明:在惯性负载小范围变化情况下,系统的时域和频域指标较好,能够达到铅阴极步进输送机对速度控制的要求。Electro-hydraulic proportional control technology was used for speed control of the lead cathode step conveyor. The model of the hydraulic system of lead cathode step conveyor was built. MATLAB software was used to simulate the performance of the electro-hydraulic proportional control system. In order to ensure the accuracy of step conveyor speed control, according to the simulation results, PID correction was made to correct the system and trial and error method was used to get suitable PID parameters. Simulation results show that in the case of small changes in inertia load, the system has better indicators in time domain and frequency domain. It can reach the requirements of lead cathode step conveyer speed control.
