摘　　要：学习能力是人才竞争的核心素质,但什么是学习能力,学习能力是如何形成的,更进一步,什么是力?只有在研究信息及其相互作用基础上揭示力的本质,给出信息力的科学定义,进而才能在物质力与信息力的统一机制中给出学习能力的科学概念,由此才能研究学习能力建设的有效路径。Learning ability is the core of competition for talent quality.What is learning ability,learning ability is how to form,further what is force? Based on research in information and its interaction,revealed the essence of force,and given the scientific definition of information force,then the scientific concept of learning ability is given by the unity mechanism in material force and information force.And thus to research on learning ability construction of the effective path.
