摘 要:教学方法的差别实质上反映了教育理念和人才评价标准的差异。本文比较了美国密歇根州立大学和北京工业大学电信专业在教学体制、教育理念方面的差别,分析了面向具体学习者的有效教学的主要特征和具体形式,在此基础上,探讨了美国高校创新人才培养的成功经验对我国教学改革的借鉴意义。The difference in teaching method is essentially the reflection of that in educational ideal and also that in evaluation criterion for talented person.In this paper,the differences in teaching system and educational ideal in electronic information specialty between Michigan State University and Beijing University of Technology are compared.The main characteristics and specific forms of the effective teaching which is based on specific learners are analyzed.On this basis,the significance of the successful experiences that American universities have had in cultivating innovative talented undergraduates to the current teaching reforms in Chinese universities is discussed.
