摘  要:工程技术素质是工科大学生最重要的素质之一,是大学生未来工作能力的基础。本文结合多年的"化工原理"教学改革的探索和实践,从优化工艺技术参数,培养经济性观念、借助数学模型处理化学工程问题、结合认知实习,培养工程理念、工程问题近似处理、加强实验教学等方面阐述了如何培养学生的工程技术素质。实践证明这些做法能够培养学生的工程技术素质,提高学生的综合素质。Engineering quality is one of the most important engineering qualities college students on the foundation of college students ability in the future. How to cultivate students engineering quality is discussed from many aspects in the article, such as optimization of the technology parameters, cultivating engineering ideas, chemical engineering problems with the help of mathematical model, a combination of cognitive practice, cultivating engineering ideas, engineering approximation and strengthening experimental teaching. The paper discusses how to cultivate students engineering quality according to chemical engineering principle teaching reform exploration and practice in many years. It has been proved from practice that these practices can cultivate students engineering quality, improving the comprehensive quality of students.
