摘　　要：受地理位置、经济状况、人才自身及我校内部诸因素影响,近年来,老少边山穷地区高校人才流失较多,极大地制约了学校高等教育的发展。学校应通过改革现行内部管理体制,为人才发展营造良好环境。Affected by geographical location, economic conditions, talent and their influence factors within our university, in recent years, the loss of edge hill university talents in poorer regions more young and old, greatly restricting the development of schools of higher education. Schools should be through reform of the internal management system in force, for the talent to create a favorable environment for development.
