摘　　要：本文通过在培养基上具体实验,对17种保健(功能)产品进行了方法学方面的验证。深入研究保健(功能)食品微生物学在检验细菌、霉菌及酵母茵检查方法方面的合理性。以此来探讨目前我国微生物学验证方法的合理性。Through experiment on medium, to verify the 17 kinds of health （functional） product about methodology . Tested the reasonableness of health （functional） food microbiology in inspection methods bacteria, mold and yeast. In order to explore the rationality of microbiology authentication method in our country.
