摘　　要：目的建立复方果糖电解质注射液细菌内毒素检查法。方法按《中国药典》二部2010年版附录ⅪE进行实验和结果判断。结果复方果糖电解质注射液需稀释4倍后对测定不产生干扰。结论可建立复方果糖电解质注射液的细菌内毒素检查方法。Objective To establish a bacterial endotoxins determination method for compound fructose electrolytes injection. Methods The experiment and the judegment of its result were made according to the appendix XIE of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 vol II. Results The injection interfered to the bacterial endotoxins test, but inhibition effect could be eliminated by diluting to 4 times. Conclusion The bacterial endotoxins test can be used to determinate Compound Fructose Electrolytes Injection.
