摘  要:目的:研究乌骨藤挥发性成分。方法:采用石油醚和乙醚作为溶剂,用索氏提取法提取挥发性成分,气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)鉴定其化学成分。结果:采用石油醚作为溶剂鉴定出24种化合物,占挥发成分的55.43%,其中脂肪酸占75.10%,烷烃类占11.91%;乙醚作为溶剂提取鉴定出24种化合物,占60.43%,脂肪酸占38.98%,烷烃类占39.27%。结论:测定了乌骨藤挥发性成分,为进一步研究乌骨藤成分提供了理论依据。Objective: To study volatile components of Marsdenia tenocissima. Method: Soxhlet extraction method with petroleum ether and ethyl ether were accompanied with gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS) to analyze the volatile components respectively. Result: 24 compounds identified by GC- MS with petroleum ether accounted for 55.43% of all volatile components; fatty acids were 75.10% and alkanes were 11.91% ; 24 compounds identified with ethyl ether accounted for 60.43% ; fatty acids were 38.98% and alkanes were 39.27%. Conclusion: The study provides useful data for further analysis of components of Marsdenia tenocissima.
