摘  要:为明确微生物发酵植物单细胞蛋白质饲料(MPF)在肉仔鸡日粮中的应用效果,用微生物发酵单细胞蛋白质替代玉米—豆粕型肉鸡日粮中豆粕的0%(全豆粕组,SPM 100)、50%(半豆粕组,SPM 50)、100%(MPF组)进行试验。结果表明,3组平均日增体质量分别为21.46、24.34、22.42g,料肉比分别为3.62、3.11、3.41,SPM 50组显著高于SPM 100组(P<0.05);胴体质量与活体质量的比值分别是86.24、90.06、95.31,MPF组显著高于SPM 50组和SPM 100组(P<0.05);剖检内脏器官无实质性病理病变,生理生化指标在正常范围内。可见,MPF饲料具应用推广价值。Feeding experiments were conducted to examine the potential use of microbial protein feed (MPF) in the diet of broilers. 0, 50o/00 or 100% soybean protein meal of the corn-soybean meal broiler diets was replaced with MPF in the experimental diets. The results showed that the average daily gain of the three groups was 21.46 g, 24.34 g and 22.42 g; and the feed-meat ratio was 3.62, 3.11 and 3.41, respectively, which indicated that 50% MPF group was significantly better than soybean meal group (P〈0.05); and dr2ssing percentage was 86.24, 90.06 and 95.31, respectively,which means that the dressing percentage of MFP groups were significantly higher than soy meal group (P〈0.05). Pathological changes of viscera were not found by necropsy, and physiological and biochemical indexes were in normal limits. These results indicate that it is valuable to promote MPF diet.
