摘　　要：文章主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、访谈法等对山西师范院校大学生参加课外体育锻炼的现状进行调查与分析,对部分师范类院校大学生参加课外体育锻炼的态度、活动兴趣、活动的动机、频率时间和组织形式等相关问题进行调查研究,从而找出问题,解决问题。With the methods of questionnaire, statistics, interview, the paper studies the extracurricular sport activities conditions, investigates the exercise attitude, interests, motivation, participating frequency and forms of normal college students, tries to find the problems and solve these problems.
