摘  要:标准化病人(SP)对五年制和长学制医学生在客观结构化考试(OSCE)中医学人文素养和沟通能力的评价。1/3以上的考生医学人文素养较低。SP的评价与问诊、病史书写考站的分数成正相关。标准化病人对医学人文素养和沟通能力的评价具有一定的意义和可行性。This paper analyzes the scores in objective structural clinical examination (OSGE) in which the standardized patients (SP) are rated to the communication ability of medical students in the stage of five- and seven-year program graduates. One third of students express their lower medical humanity spirit and communication ability. A positive correlation exists between the assessment of standardized patients for medical students and the score of medical history writing. The results suggest the value of the standardized patient assessment in the communication ability of medical students.
