摘 要:传统医学影像教学方式存在很多问题。比较影像学的发展对以往的影像诊断思维方式和医学教学模式提出了新的要求。以病例为中心的案例教学法(CBL)需要真实的病例和情境,培养学生解决问题的能力和激发学习主动性。建立包含了临床资料和典型病例图像的综合病例影像库,克服传统影像库的不足,与CBL充分整合,进一步推动以病例为中心的教学模式的改革,促进多元化影像的比较诊断模式的建立,从而推动整体医学影像诊断及教学水平的进步。There are some disadvantages in the traditional teaching approaches of medical imaging. The development of comparative imaging has made new demand for diagnostic pattern and teaching mode of medical imaging. The approach of CBL (case-based learning) needs realistic cases and situations to encourage students to solve practical problems and stimulate their learning initiative. A new comprehensive case image library includes detailed clinical data and typical in^ng which can overcome the. deficiencies of traditional image librmy. With fully being integrated with the CBL, it can further promote CBL approach' s application in medical imaging teaching and drive the establishment of comparative imaging diagnostic mode, thus promoting the overall improvement of medical imaging teaching and diagnosis.
