积极心理学视域下的学生心理健康管理模式——由治未病KY3H理论说开去

摘　　要："治未病"思想是中医防治疾病的理论核心,KY3H模式是其时代内涵的体现与应用。在积极心理学新兴思潮影响日益扩大的背景下,它仍然对心理健康管理有着重要的指导作用。结合治未病KY3H模式和积极心理学的视野,对学生心理健康管理模式进行阐述,主要包括以KY3H模式为依据判定个体心理健康状态、针对不同心理健康状态的个体进行健康管理两个方面。Preventive treatment of disease is the core of the theory in TCM Prevention and treatment of diseases, and KY3H model is its connotation embodiment and application. Under the eurrent situation that positive psychol- ogy emerging trend is increasingly influential, preventive treatment of disease and KY3H model still has important guiding role in the field of mental health management. The study elaborates the management model of students men- tal health from the perspective of preventive treatment of disease of KY3H combined with positive psychology, in- eluding determining mental health state of individual according to the KY3H model and conducting targeted mental health management.
