从DISC模型看家庭教育调适

摘　　要：DISC模型是美国学者查尔斯F.博伊德研究构建的孩子及其父母的四种行为方式类型,认为孩子的天性各不相同,父母施教的方法也应不同。对于我们当前忽视孩子天性的超理想化和非本性化的家庭教育方式无疑进行了批判,启示我们在了解孩子、了解父母自己行为方式的基础上,解决矛盾冲突,调适家庭教育方式。DISC model is children and parents＇ four behavior types, which was constructed by American scholar Charles f. Boyd. It said that if the nature of the child each is not identical, parents teaching method should be dif- ferent. It＇ s undoubtedly a good criticism for our current neglected child nature and the nature of the family educa- tion mode. It Inspires us in understanding the child on the basis of solving conflicts, debugging family education mode.
