摘　　要：笔者从"合作学习"的哲学及教育心理学基础出发,探讨商务英语课堂合作学习模式,研究指出:在商务英语课堂教学中,实行"合作学习"不仅是现代教育的重要价值取向,更是培养具有创新意识、创新能力人才的需要。同时,在课堂中实施合作学习也有利于教师的专业发展,教师不仅是教学的实践者,更是课堂的学习者、研究者。Based on philosophy and educational psychology, this study explores cooperative learning model in the classroom teaching of college English. The results indicate that cooperative learning is not only important values of modem education; it is also the need of cultivation of students＇ creative consciousness and ability. Meanwhile, the implementation of cooperative learning in the classroom is conducive to professional development of teachers, who not only are teaching practitioners, but also classroom learners, researchers.
