摘 要:目的 :通过对牙本质龋中有机酸含量的测定 ,探讨牙本质龋形成原因。 方法 :32名病人 ( 1 7~ 72岁 )的 40颗牙本质龋患牙标本以 2 .5%偏磷酸溶解 ,低温离心 ,上清液作气相色谱分析。 结果 :所有牙本质龋患牙中均检测到乳酸、甲酸、乙酸、丙酸和丁酸 ,各有机酸含量由高到低依次为乳酸 ( 32 .78± 2 .72 ) g/L,甲酸 ( 2 3.65± 1 .53) g/L,乙酸 ( 5.37± 1 .2 6) g/L,丙酸 ( 3.0 5± 0 .79) g/L,丁酸 ( 0 .71± 0 .66) g/L。 结论 :牙本质龋中的有机酸以乳酸含量最高 ,乳酸、甲酸、乙酸和丙酸占所有有机酸的 98%以上。Objective:To explore the causes of dentin caries by assay of the content of organic acids in carious dentin. Methods:Carious dentin from forty human permanent teeth were analyzed by gas chromatography(GC). All the softened carious dentin were collected before clinical treatment by using a spoon excavator after the dental plaque and debris were carefully removed. The samples of carious dentin were homogenized in 2.5% metaphosphoric acid solution for five hours and then centrifuged at 10000r/min for ten minutes at 4℃.The supematant was assayed for organic acids by GC.Results: Lactate,formate,acetate, propionate and butyrate were detected in all samples. The mean concentration of each organic acid in the samples was as follows: lactate ( 32.78 ±2.72)μg/L, formate (23.65± 1.53 )g/L,acetate (5.37±1.26)g/L, propionate (3.05± 0.79 )g/L and butyrate (0.71±0.66)g/L. Conclusion: Lactate acid formate acid, acetate acid, propionate acid and butyrate acid constituted above 98% of all organic acids in carious dentin, with the content of lactate acid being the highest.
