听障儿童语言韵律障碍音乐干预的个案研究

摘  要:目的探究音乐的相关要素及多种形式在听障儿童语言韵律障碍干预中的作用与效果。方法采用单一被试法,选取1名3岁听障儿童作为研究对象,该儿童已配戴助听器6个月并伴有轻度语言韵律障碍。通过测量取得其基频标准差、时长、强度标准差等韵律参数,进行个别化音乐干预。结果通过音乐干预后,被试的基频标准差、时长、强度标准差等参数与干预前有明显差异,P=0.00。频率、时长、强度三方面均获得显著进步,语言韵律障碍得到明显改善。结论利用音乐的基本要素和形式要素,采用主/被动相结合的音乐干预方法,对听障儿童语言韵律障碍具有良好的干预作用。objective To explore the efficacy of music therapy for hearing-impaired children with language rhythm disorder. Methods A 3-year-old hearing-impaired child with mild language rhythm disorder and hearing aids for 6 months received the test of standard deviation of F0, duration and standard deviation of intensity. The individualized music intervention was provided for the child and the rhythm parameters after the intervention were compared with those before the treatment. Results After the intervention, the standard deviation of F0,duration and standard deviation of intensity were significantly different from those before the intervention (P=0.00), which indicated that the child made great progress in the frequency, duration and intensity. The language rhythm disorder was improved obviously. Conclusion The music therapy is effective in the treatment of hearing-impaired children with language rhythm disorder by using the basic components and various forms of music and combining active intervention with passive intervention.
