摘　　要：文章分析目前高职英语课堂互动教学低效的原因,探讨了课堂互动教学有效性的标准。从技术与价值两个层面对高职英语教学的目标、学习方式、教学的组织形式和教学评价做了实践论述。指出课堂互动有效性的理论与实践的研究最终都应指向学生的持续发展与进步。This paper analyzes the lower effect of English teaching classroom interaction in higher vocational colleges,and discusses the standards of effectiveness for classroom interactive teaching.From the aspects of technology and value,this paper also makes a practical presentation about the teaching aims,learning models,teaching organization and teaching evaluation for English teaching in higher vocational colleges.The research on the theory and practice of classroom interactive effectiveness is helpful to the sustainable development of college students.
