摘　　要：当今社会,道德失范现象层出不穷,国家和社会对其关注度也日益加强,特别是中小学的德育建设问题尤为重要。作为一线教育者和管理者,试图通过校园文化建设、社会资源融合、学校课堂建设及班主任队伍建设,对学校德育建设进行深入思考,以供探讨。In today＇s society, moral anomie phenomena emerge in an endless stream, and the attention degree of the state and society is also increasing, especially in primary and secondary schools, where moral education is particularly important. As teachers and administrators, they should attempt through the construction of campus culture, social resource integration, the school and class building and teacher team building, and deeply consider the construction of school moral education.
