摘　　要：在道德教育中,制度是引导与规范道德以及道德教育活动的行动准则与规则系统,是实现道德自由的前提条件和必要保障。脱离制度指引的道德教育,易导致道德主体性的迷失,弱化社会主流意识形态,引发个体的种种非道德行径,危害道德教育的可持续发展,延缓和阻滞人类向道德自由挺进的步伐。其所带来的负面影响不可小觑,必须引起教育工作者的高度警惕和热切关注。In the moral education,system is the action principle and rule system which guide and regulate morality and moral education activities, and also the precondition and necessary guarantee to realize the moral freedom. Moral education without the guidance of system tends to cause the loss of moral subjectivity,weaken the social mainstream ideology, trigger all kinds of unmoral individual behaviors, endanger the sustainable development of moral education, and delay and prevent the human＇s advancement to the moral freedom. All of these will bring the negative effect which we can＇t underestimate, so education workers must be on the alert and show keen concern to it.
