民办院校大学生心理和谐教育现状及优化路径

摘　　要：民办院校是中国高等教育重要组成部分,在民办院校中开展心理和谐教育是德育工作的一项重要内容。当前,民办院校心理健康教育缺少系统的心理和谐教育计划、行政管理色彩浓厚、心理和谐教育观念落后、教育方法单一。为此,必须加强重视民办院校心理和谐教育,建立健全民办高等学校心理和谐教育管理网络。以"幸福感"作为民办院校心理和谐教育的内容。打造民办院校特色校园文化品牌,为民办高等院校开展心理健康教育提供一种崭新的实施路径。Private institutes of higher learning are an important part of higher education in China and developing the mental harmony education in private institutes of higher learning is an important task of moral education.Currently,the psychological health education in private institutes of higher learning is characterized by lacking of a systematic plan for the mental harmony education and being strong for administrative interference,backward in philosophy and single in method.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen and emphasize the mental harmony education,construct and perfect the management network,build a characteristic campus culture,and take a sense of happiness as educational content,in hopes of finding a brand-new path to developing the mental harmony education in private institutes of higher learning.
