摘 要:采用0、0.83、1.56、2.30、4.93、7.84kGy不同剂量的电子束辐照鱼粉,研究其对鱼粉饲用品质的影响。结果表明:辐照吸收剂量为1.56kGy时鱼粉样品中细菌总数降至600CFU/g,霉菌总数低于10CFU/g;不同剂量的电子束辐照对鱼粉中粗蛋白、粗脂肪、水分、粗灰分、氨基酸的含量与组成影响不明显(p>0.05);经电子束辐照后鱼粉中挥发性盐基氮含量有所增加(p<0.05),但各辐照组间差异不明显(p>0.05);电子束辐照对鱼粉酸价无影响(p>0.05),但明显降低鱼粉的过氧化值(p<0.05)。综合试验结果可确定,1.56~7.84kGy电子束辐照能有效控制鱼粉中的微生物,且不会对鱼粉的饲用品质产生不良影响。Samples of soybean meal were exposed to electron beam with dosage levels of 0,0.83,1.56,2.30,4.93,7.84kGy,to evaluate the efficacy of electron beam for decontamination as well as the effect of electron beam irradiation on feeding quality of fish meal.The results showed that the total numbers of aerobic bacteria were reduced to 600CFU/g and fungi inhibited to 10CFU/g when fish meals were given an irradiation dose of 1.56kGy.Crude protein,crude fat,moisture,ash and amino acid composition were not significantly affected with electron beam irradiation(p0.05).Volatile basic nitrogen enhanced by electron beam irradiation(p0.05),but no significant difference was found for the fish meal irradiated with different dosage levels(p0.05).Total acidity value unchanged by irradiation,but peroxide value was decreased as the dosage increased(p0.05).It was concluded that the irradiation dosage of 1.56~7.84 kGy was very effective for microbial decontamination of fish meal,and did not adversely affect the nutritional quality of fish meal.
