摘  要:正交试验表明,在温度37℃,pH值8.5,固液比1:20的条件下,用碱性蛋白酶水解沙棘籽渣5 h,多肽得率最高,为66.46%。通过膜分离,得到分子量500~2 000 Da和2 000~3 500 Da的2种多肽。动物试验显示,分子量500~2 000 Da的沙棘籽多肽在日粮添加量为2%的条件下,能够促进AA肉仔鸡的生长发育,分子量为2 000~3 500 Da的多肽在日粮添加量为0.4%~0.6%的条件下可以明显提高免疫抗病功能。The optimum conditions for producing seabuckthorn seed peptide by means of enzymatic hydrolysis have been ob- tained through orthogonal experiments as follows: temperature 37 ℃, pH 8.5, material-liquid ratio of l : 20 Alkaline protease and hydrolyzing time 300 min, and the extraction rate of seabuckthorn seed peptide is 66.46%. Through the membrane sepa- ration, the molecular weight of polypeptides is mainly concentrated 500-2 000 Da and 2 000-3 500 Da. Through animal ex- periments, the molecular weight of polypeptides from 500-2 000 Da under the conditions of 2% dietary dosage can enhance broiler growth, molecular weight of polypeptides 2 000-3 500 Da adding 0.4%-0.6% of the dietary can significantly improve the immune function of disease resistance.
