提高食品机械与设备课程教学效果的方法探讨

摘　　要：根据对食品机械与设备课程的研究及教授经验,结合课程的特点,从着力上好第一次课、一导两学式教学法、合理使用多媒体教学、加强实践与设计教学环节等4个方面对提高该课程教学效果的方法进行了探讨。According to the research and experience in teaching of food machinery and equipment, for which combines the characteristic, the methods of improving the teaching effect are investigated from teaching the fist class, teaching method of one-conduct to two-study, rational using multimedia, and tightening practice and design.
