平衡盐注射液采用细胞内毒素法检测热原结果分析

摘　　要：按照中国药典 1995年版二部附录 76页“细菌内毒素检查法”检查平衡盐注射中的热原。检测结果表明平衡盐注射液对BET无干扰作用 ,细菌内毒素检查法可代替热原法检查平衡盐注射液的热原。Study the application of bacterial endotoxin test in pyrogen detection of balance saline injection.Accoording to appendixie(page 76)of the Pharmacopocia of China(1995)was reported.The results showed that balance saline injection had no interferece to the bacterial endotoxin test,and bacteria test could be used for pyrogen test.
