成人业余班“面授+网络”教学模式探析——基于“人力资源管理”课程教学

摘  要:随着互联网的普及,基于网络的"面授+网络"教育教学模式逐步盛行。然而,我校成人业余教学模式仍主要采用"面授"教学形式,其局限性日渐突出。本文针对目前成人业余教学的基本现状及网络教学的优势,对在"人力资源管理"课程教学中如何实施"面授+网络"教学模式提出了自己的见解。With the popularity of the Internet, based on the net- work "instruction + network" education teaching mode gradually popular. However, our school adult part-time teaching mode is still mainly adopts "face to award" teaching form, its limitations becomes more and more serious. Aiming at the present situation of adult part-time teaching and network teaching to the best ad- vantage, to in the human resources management course teaching how to implement the "face to award + network" teaching model puts forward his own opinions.
