摘　　要：公平正义是和谐社会的重要前提。考察大学生平等就业有三个维度:制度、机会与结果。这些维度共同耦合,作用于辽宁大学生平等就业的现实中,导致辽宁地区大学生不平等就业的情况严重,影响了和谐社会建设。针对三个维度出现的问题,提出消除大学生不平等就业的建议。Fairness and justice is the fundamental premise of har- monious society. To observe college students＇ equal employment, there are three dimensions, system, chance and result, which are integrated in practical situation, and lead to the severe unequal employment of college students in Liaoning District. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes suggestions on getting rid of college students＇ unequal employment.
