摘　　要：大学生就业指导课程对于大学生顺利实现从学生到职场人转变有着重要的作用,尤其是在引导大学生专业技能的完善和就业观念的树立,就业方向的明确方面,大学生就业指导课程的开展和建设更是发挥着重要的作用。高校应结合大学生的心理、认知水平的发展,结合专业开展相应的就业指导活动,为学生的职业发展之路打下良好的基础。College student employment guidance course plays a very important role in the transition of students to employees in the workplace. The practice and construction of the college stu- dent employment guidance course is especially vital in guiding college students to perfect their professional skills and establish a proper employment concept as well as clarify their career direc- tions. Universities and colleges should can＇y out employment guiding activities in accordance with the development of the psy- chology and cognitive levels of college stu dents, thus lay a solid foundation for their career path.
