关于研究生学习满意度的实证研究——基于南京某高校的调查数据

摘　　要：为全面了解高校硕士研究生教育的现状,作者从"学习满意度"这个角度入手,采用问卷和访谈的方式进行调查研究。经过数据的处理和分析,发现高校研究生在"考试制度"、"培养目标"和"教学管理"三个维度方面的满意度较低;在"导师指导"维度方面的满意度较高;在"培养方式"维度方面的满意度最低;高校硕士研究生总体学习满意度偏低。For knowing the current situation that the graduate students learn in a university all round, we start with the angle of ＂studying degree of satisfaction＂, adopt the questionnaire and the interview method to carry out actual investigation. After the course of treatment and analysis to the data, we find that the graduate students have a lower studying degree of satisfaction in following three dimensionalities such as they are examination system, cultivating objective and teaching management and a higher degree in the dimensionality of tutor direction. The total studying degree of satisfaction of the graduate students in a university is slanting lower at present.
