摘 要:知识是企业生产活动过程中最为关键的投入要素和价值来源,能否在企业内部员工之间充分转移及共享对企业发展具有重要意义。基于谋算型信任、认知型信任与关系型信任三个维度视角,以我国知识型企业为调查对象,通过对128份员工的调查问卷进行实证研究,结果发现:谋算型信任与关系型信任对隐性知识共享存在正向影响,而认知型信任对隐性知识共享存在负向影响关系;谋算型信任对隐性知识共享影响较显著,关系型信任对隐性知识共享影响比认知型信任对其影响更为显著;组织公民行为在谋算型信任、认知型信任与关系型信任对隐性知识共享行为影响关系中发挥了完全中介作用;非正式控制联合人际信任对隐性知识共享的影响要大于单独的人际信任对隐性知识共享的影响。Knowledge is the key input element and value source in an enterprise's production process. Wheth- er knowledge can be fully transferred and shared among its employees become a key problem the enterprise has to solve. This study adopts a description of the interpersonal trust from the perspectives of calculation-based trust, cognitive-based trust, and relation-based trust. Through analyzing the data from the questionnaires an- swered by 128 employees in the knowledge-based enterprises in China, we have found: calculation-based trust and relation-based trust both have a positive effect on tacit knowledge sharing while cognition-based trust shows a negative effect; the impact of calculation-based trust on tacit knowledge sharing is relatively significant but less than that of relation-based trust; organizational citizenship behavior plays a crucial role in mediating the impact on tacit knowledge bination with interpersonal alone. sharing exerted by the three types of interpersonal trust ; the informal control in com- trust exerts a bigger impact on tacit knowledge sharing than interpersonal trust does
