摘　　要：乳清蛋白含丰富的支链氨基酸和含硫氨基酸 ,将它与健力宝碱性电解质、复合碳水化合物、复合维生素、牛磺酸等配合经一次成型沸腾造粒技术 ,制成一种抗疲劳的运动保健固体饮料。该文从延缓肌原耗尽速度 ,清除能量代谢产生的乳酸 ,维护机体在运动过程中的正常代谢等三方面 ,论述了该饮料抗疲劳的理论基础 ,并用动物试验进行了验证。Whey protein which is rich in branched amino acids and sulfur-containing amino acids is mixed with “Jianlibao”alkaline electrolyte,compounded carbohydrates,compounded vitamins,taurine,etc.to give a fatigue-relieving powdered sport and health drink.The basic theory for the fatigue-relieving function of the drink is discussed and further proved by experiments on animals.
