摘　　要：随着社会的发展和人们对素质教育的高度关注,将人文精神融入医学教育已成为一种必然趋势。医学人文培养对于医学生人文精神的养成具有重要意义,然而现阶段普遍存在着培养意识的缺乏、教学实效不佳等问题。本文简述目前我国医学教育中人文精神现状及培养思路。With social development and closer attention to quality-oriented education, integrating hu- manism into medicine education has become an inevitable trend, and medical humanities training has a great significance to the development of medical students＇ humanism. At present, however, there is a widespread lack of training awareness and poor teaching effect. This article discusses the current situ- ation of humanism in China＇s medical education and thoughts of training.
