摘　　要：针对血液内科专业性强,涉及内容广,疾病种类较多以及实习生普遍感觉实习效果不理想等特点和实际情况,作者探讨了有关学生在血液内科实习的方法,如加强实习生临床思维、临床操作技能、医德医风、沟通表达能力的培养,以提高他们的临床实践能力。According to its special feature of hematology such as actual situation of strong professional, extensive content, numerous types of disease as well as the unsatisfactory intern training effect for clinical students, we attempt to introduce practice methods of hematology department to enhance in terns clinical thinking, clinical skills, medical ethics, communication ability and clinical practice capa bility.
