摘  要:澳大利亚拥有众多的科技创新人才,其英才教育发挥着重要的作用。本文在对澳大利亚英才教育发展历程梳理的基础上,从英才学生的甄选鉴别、教育培养、管理、师资、研究机构等方面进行介绍,以期对我国发展英才教育提供借鉴。Due to the pivotal role of gifted education, Australia has cultivated a large number of scientific and technological innovation talents. Based on the review of Australian gifted education development, this article in troduces gifted students' identification, cultivation ,management, and research institutes. Based on Australian ex perience, this article proposes some policy strategies that China should emphasize in gifted education develop ment, including insisting on the correct values of gifted education, objectively understanding gifted students, de veloping multi-evaluation on gifted students, strengthening the cultivation and development of gifted students, and establishing the management and support system of gifted education. Correspondingly, it will be possible to establish and improve the gifted education system which is in line with China's national situation and the needs of gifted students.
