摘　　要：《共同核心州立标准》(Common Core State Standards,CCSS)出台于2010年,是联邦政府"竞争卓越"(race to the top)计划的支持项目。这份课程标准已被美国绝大多数州采纳,华盛顿州为该标准的积极采纳者之一,其教育厅联合各方力量,制订了四步走的计划表,并按计划完成了新旧标准的对比,预计于2014～2015学年将标准及其配套评价系统付诸实践。Common Core State Standards （CCSS）was launched in 2010. It was supported by ＂race to the top＂ program of the federal government of America and adopted by most of the states in USA. As one of the most positive adopter,Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction （OSPI）has already worked out a schedule. According to the schedule, OSPI has finished the two rounds of comparison and the following steps are on their way. CCSS and its assessment system will be put into practice in 2014～2015 academic year.
