摘　　要：通过对校企合作、互动机制等概念的解析与梳理,从互利互惠的动力机制、内外联动的运行机制和稳健有力的保障机制三个视角切入,结合浙江旅游职业学院的实践探索,论述旅游产业背景下旅游高职教育校企合作互动机制的建立、运行与功能发挥,以期对当下职业教育特别是旅游高职教育的校企合作有所助益。This article aims to shed light on the current higher vocational education, especially that of tourism by first analyzing such basic concepts as interactive mechanism and cooperation between colleges and enterprises. Then, drawing on the practice of Tourism College of Zhejiang, the author elaborates on the establishment, operation and implementation of interactive mechanism between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational colleges from three perspectives, namely, driving forces based on mutual benefits, operating mechanism highlighting linkage from both inside and outside, and stable safeguarding mechanism.
