摘　　要：综述了纳米复合包装材料的特点及其在食品包装领域的应用,介绍了纳米复合包装材料特有的保鲜性、抗菌性、高阻隔性等性能的研究和应用现状,并对纳米复合包装材料的安全性进行了分析评价。The characteristics of nano-composite packaging materials and its application in food packaging fields were reviewed; the research progress of performances of nano-composite packaging materials, such as preservation performance, antibiotic property and high barrier property, and its application situation were introduced. The security of nano-composite packaging materials were analyzed and evaluated.
