摘 要:基础教育优质师资匮乏是我国欠发达地区长期存在的问题,严重制约了基础教育的公平发展。云南师范大学针对云南"四位一体"的省情和师范生培养就业机制的实际,自2008年实施了师范生定向就业免费教育的实践探索,为深化新时期省属师范大学教师教育的改革,解决经济困难学生上学难,引导和鼓励毕业生到社会需求地方就业,逐步缓解艰苦地区基础教育高水平师资来源不足,促进基础教育的均衡发展提供了有益的成功经验。The shortage of high-quality teachers in basic education, which is a long-standing problem in underdeveloped areas of China, is one of the constraints in the basic education fairness. Grounded on realities of situation "four in one" and the training & employment mechanism of normal school students, Yunnan Normal University took actions in the normal students' free education of directional employment in 2008. It offers successful experiences for promoting the balanced development of basic education in deepening the reform of teacher education in provincial normal university in the new time ; solving students'problems in tuition; guiding and encouraging graduates to work to meet the social needs; and relieving the pressure of lack of excellent teachers of basic education in areas under harsh conditions.
