社会支持对缓解期偏执型精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的了解缓解期偏执型精神分裂症患者的生活质量及其社会支持对缓解期偏执型精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法采用生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOL-74)对50例缓解期偏执型精神分裂症综合评定并与50名正常人进行对照,对缓解期偏执型精神分裂症患者施测社会支持评定量表(SSAS)。结果①生活质量总分和社会功能维度分研究组显著低于对照组;t值分别为-5.801,-2.584(P<0.05);②生活质量总分与社会支持总分、主观支持、支持利用度成显著正相关。结论缓解期偏执型精神分裂症患者的生活质量低于正常对照组,社会支持越高相应生活质量水平越高。Objective To explore quality of life of paranoid schizophrenic patients and the effect of social support on it.Methods A comprehensive assessment of quality of life questionnaire（GQOL-74）and social support rating scale were used to assess 50 paranoid schizophrenia patients on the remission and 50 normal controls.Results ① The total score of quality of life and social function dimensions score were significantly lower in study group than in control group（t=-5.801,-2.584;P0.05）;② The quality of life score was significantly positive correlation with the total score of social support,subjective support,and support availability.Conclusion The quality of life of paranoid schizophrenic patients on the remission is low;The higher social support is,the higher quality of life is.
