摘　　要：对国外的34所iSchools成员院校的LIS教育人才培养现状进行网络调查,主要从学科设置、入学条件、培养目标、培养方式、培养内容、培养方式、培养要求及质量评估与认证等方面进行阐述,通过比较分析发现iSchools院校LIS人才培养模式在各个方面的特点以及共性,最后得到对我国LIS教育人才培养的启示,以期为其未来发展提供某些参考。This paper makes an online investigation of LIS education personnel training of 34 foreign iSchools members. It mainly ex- pounds the subject setting, admission requirement, cultivation objective, cultivation method, cultivation content, cultivation require- ments, quality assessment and certification of these schools, and finds the characteristic and similarity in all aspects through the com- parative analysis. Finally, it puts forward enlightenment to the Chinese LIS education personnel training, in order to provide reference for its further development.
