摘　　要：《盛京时报》凝聚了大量清末法制改革与近代法律体系构建的史料,包括晚清与民国法规、民国修约运动、司法体制改革、判词案例、地方法治建设、法政教育资料、法制论说等法学信息。该报以静态的文本动态地记录了近代中国与东北地区的法制建设及法文化转型情况,对研究这一时期的法制状况具有重要参考价值。Shengfing Times contained a number of historical materials of legal reform in the late Qing Dynasty and the establishment of legal system in modem China, including the laws and regulations, the movement of amending and abolishing treaties, the reform of le- gal system, court verdicts and cases, materials of local legal construction and legal education, doctrines of legal science and other legal information in the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China. Shengfing Times dynamically recorded the basic conditions of legal con- stmction and culture transition in modem China and Northeast China by static text, and had significant reference values to the research of the legal conditions in this period.
