摘　　要：从学科会聚角度出发,从内部汇聚障碍、外部环境制约因素等方面分析多学科科技创新团队建设中存在的问题;阐述基于学科会聚的转化医学创新平台构建原则以及转化医学创新平台实施条件;并在此基础上探讨中山大学临床与转化医学研究院建设的理念和实践。From the point of view of discipline convergence, this article analyses the existing problems in the construction of multi - disciplinary technological innovation team from the aspect of internal disorder and external environmental constraints in order to （ 1 ） describe the building rules of translational medicine technological innovation platform and its implementation conditions based on the discipline convergence; （2） and on such basis, discuss the constructional ideas and practice of institute of clinical and translational medicine research, Sun Yat - sen University.
