摘  要:结合气道稳流模拟试验,采用AVL Fire软件建立了螺旋进气道进气流动仿真模型。设计了6个不同进气门偏离气缸中心的偏心率方案,采用计算流体动力学(CFD)三维模拟的方法分析了柴油机进气门偏心对进气流动的影响关系。研究结果表明:进气门在气缸中的位置直接影响进入气缸的气流均匀性和气门盘区域的回流状态。进气门偏心对进气流动的影响呈现一定的规律,随着进气门偏心率的增加,平均流量系数和平均涡流比均先增大后减小,存在最佳位置区域。当偏心率在0.27~0.37时,进气平均流量系数较大;当偏心率在0.27~0.48时,进气平均涡流比较大。Combined with port steady-flow experiment, the numerical simulation model was built up by using AVL Fire software to analyze flow characteristics of helical port. Six schemes of different intake valve eccentricity were designed. The influence of the intake valve eccentricity on inlet flow characteristics in diesel engine was analyzed with computational fluid dynamics (CFD) three-dimensional simuiation method. The results indicate that intake valve position in cylinder bore affects directly uniformity of the airflow into the cylinder and reflux status in valve head area. The influence relationship of the intake valve eccentricity on the inlet flow characteristics show a certain regularity,with eccentricity increasing, average flow coefficient and average swirl ratio first increase and then decrease, and there are two peak areas. The average flow coefficient reaches maximun value with the intake valve eccentricity in range of 0.27 to 0.37 and the average swirl ratio does with it in range of 0.27 to 0.48.
