摘　　要：陈选善认为职业教育以培养生产能力为主要目的;职业教育课程应包括学生的全部活动,坚持普遍性的原则,以科学的职业或工作分析为依据;职业补习教育是职业教育的重要内容;职业教育教师的培训应包括专门学科训练和教育研究训练;职业指导是人人需要的,有很高的价值,必须有效实施。Chen Xuanshan advocated that the major objective of vocational education is to cultivate productivity; the curri- cula of vocational education should include students＇ full-motion, adhere to the principle of universality and take scientif- ic occupation or work analysis as the basis; vocational remediation education is an important part of vocational education; trainings for vocational education teachers should contain specialized subject training and education research training; voca- tional guidance is that everyone needed and has high value, so it has to be effectively implemented.
