摘 要:采用界面聚合法以甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物为壁材对百里香精油进行包覆最终制备了百里香精油纳米胶囊。考察了乳化剂用量、精油用量和壁材用量对百里香精油纳米胶囊粒径的影响,并将其应用于皮胶原抗菌。结果表明,当聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯(T-20)用量为3%,精油用量为12%,壁材用量为5%时制备的百里香精油纳米胶囊的平均粒径为152.20nm。百里香精油用量为12%时制备的纳米胶囊热重损失率较聚丙烯酸酯纳米粒增加了11.57%,说明精油已负载于纳米胶囊内。百里香精油纳米胶囊可有效抑制皮胶原中的白曲霉、黑曲霉和黄曲霉。放置12d后,12%精油用量的纳米胶囊对皮胶原的抑菌效果高于6%精油用量的纳米胶囊。Nanocapsules loading thyme essential oils with the shell of poly(methyl methylaerylate-butyl acrylate) were prepared via interfacial polymerization. The influence of the experiment conditions such as the use level of emulsifers, thyme essential oil and shell materials on the size of nanocapsules loading thyme essential oils has been investigated in detail. The results showed that the average size of nanocapsule loading thyme essential oils was 152.20nm with 3% T-20, 12~//00 thyme essential oil and 5% shell materials. The thermal weight loss of nanoeapsule loading thyme essential oils with 12% was increased 11.57% in compared to that of poly(methyl methylacrylate-butyl acrylate) nanopartieles, which is concluded that thyme essential oil was encapsulated into nanocapsules. The nanocapsules loading thyme essential oils can restrain the aspergillus albicans, aspergillus niger and aflatoxin of leather. The antimicrobial effect against leather fibres with nanocapsules loading 12% thyme essential oils was higher than that of 6% thyme essential oils after displaying 12d.
