摘　　要：文章分析了虚拟学习环境对高校学科化服务的影响以及学科馆员利用虚拟学习环境开展工作的难度，明晰了虚拟学习环境的发展对学科馆员的要求，提出了促进虚拟学习环境下学科馆员工作的措施。The article analyzes the VLEs＇ impact for the university subject service and the difficulties faced by subject librarians in the virtual learning environments, then it clarifies the demands for subject librarians with the development of the virtual learning environments. Finally, it puts forwards the measures to promote subject service in the virtual learning environments.
